Top U.S. Cities for New Graduates

The marked cities are ranked by MarketWatch, a member of the Dow Jones Network, as the best cities for new college graduates to start their careers. The rankings are based on a number of factors including but not limited to: mean starting salary, median one bedroom apartment cost, unemployment rate among people age 25-to-34, and entertainment availability for this age demographic.

As 2017 graduates-to-be begin their searches for their first jobs in their career fields, it is important to take into considerations all of the amenities any given city can offer. Knowing the averages for information like salary and cost of living are vital to making any career choice especially if that choice involves moving across the country.
